Forging in steel
Products: Seamless rolled rings, discs, plates, waves for gearboxes of general mechanical and plant engineering. Freeform forged in accordance with this overview (up to 5.5 tons, weight per piece)
- Discs: up to 7500 mm AD
- Rings: up to 6000 mm AD rolled and forged
- Waves up to 1000 mm AD
- Forged Rods: square shaped
- Forged Plates:
Size range: sq. 50-200mm, approx. 13-200mm.
Forging: 300% - 500%
Heat treatment: normal glow.

- Clean raw forged with the addition

- We deliver in accordance with DIN EN and, according to customer specifications.
Mechanical processing:
- We can work from drawings provided.
Delivery time: 30-60 days.
Material testing and certification:
- The manufacture is done according to DIN EN ISO9001. The mechanical tests and nondestructive tests are covered with certificates according to EN 10204-3.1 or 3.2.
U.S. testing after September 1921 Class C / c. EN 10083.
